Thank you for responding to my message. The IF looks pretty good and the processing is great, However, I Still have problem with the APC of 1200$ . I really think that it discriminates between researchers of developed and developing countries.

I am not agree with your opinion
because esteemed journals like Wiley, Sciencedirect, ...
who do not charge any publication fee but they
are not open access. They have a fees for the readers.
According to me huge number of researchers are not
know about new research published in same(Wiley, Sciencedirect, ...)
Journals due to publication fee .
So, according to me both kind (open access or not) of esteemed Journals have individual publication policy AND BOTH ARE RIGHT.
