Can anyone share the best procedure for extraction of milky spots from the omentum of rats (primarily) or mice, and also the best procedure for extracting cells from the milky spots? I have found in some older published studies that enzyme digestion is the best way to go, but the literature seems scarce, so if there are any suggestions anyone can give from your own practice, they would be greatly appreciated.

The surgical treatment well known ,complications depends according to surgen and degree of spreading.
