I am looking for a method to simulate an IoT environment. Basically, I want to implement STANAG4774 and STANAG4778 privacy protocols, developed by NATO, to secure communication between IoT devices and a Cloud server.
This is an academic project, Network behavior data should be extracted after.
Is there a framework ? that allows me to:
- Create an IoT environment ( Sensors, actuators, Gateway, and Cloud server)
- Convert a data object into an XML file, before sending it to another device.
- Pull all networks behavior data after the simulation

You can try using NetSim. You can do the 3 things you have asked for. But the STANAG protocols aren’t in-built and would need to be written and integrated by you.
