In time of new pandemic you will face continuous updating of treatment guidelines so we need to update guidelines at least in your locality or country.

Since IT system of different universities in Finland are not connected and there are no standards how to response an update for example on the omicron - variant each university in Finland sets up its own relief operation plan.
It's nice to hear your experience from Finland. Well, we all need to keep updated with recommendations. Here in Syria, I follow American guidelines mostly. But during this pandemic, it takes me too much time to read different recommendations, european or American, and try to choose the most suitable in my case.
