Hi all,

I'm doing some window shopping on supplier websites for a DNA polymerase that I can use in PCR rxns to get high fidelty amplification and good yield of long products (>12kb). My templates are usually ~55% GC. What enzymes do you use? I know the supplier error rates are probably lower than reality, so if you've sequenced your products, what error rates do you find?
