As we know there are various heat treatment methods (T4, T6, T7, T3 and T8) for modifying the properties of the aluminium alloys (grain modifier, varying solutionizing temperature, artificial ageing etc.). How far these methods will be applicable to the composites.

Hi, In the case of aluminum alloys heat treatment increase life is precipitation hardening. I used a for alloys 2017A and 2024 annealed at 510 °C for 1 h, then the supersaturation (hardening) in water at 18 °C. Then, by aged for 7 days at ambient temperature. In the case of aluminum composites using this heat treatment, also I obtained an increase life of composites.

Most of the aluminum alloys respond to heat or thermal treatment followed by aging or tempering based on the phase solubilities. So you need to go for the appropriate heat treatment and ageing based upon the alloy and processing conditions used for processing composites. You can refer following literature's for more details,

I don't think there is an accurate answer to your question until you specify the composition of your matrix and also the reinforcement materials. You must pay attention to the fact that chemical and thermal nature of the reinforcement materials can affect the results. Moreover, you have to know which properties you want to modify. So, finding the best heat treatment for any type of composites, can be a subject for a new research.
@ Mehdi Akbarifar , Sir the matrix is A356 alloy and the reinforcement is SiC Particles. I need to enhance wear resistance. I also want to know, Is a cooling curve graph/ Plot available for Aluminum composites. In this regard, whether any software is available?
It is hard to answer for your question in one sentence with as less an nor specyfic detiles. You have to present chemical composition, may also the production way of those composites. It could bring for as some ideas more.

it depends on the type of reinforcement medium & method of fabrication. In case Stir casting is used as method of fabrication then heat treatment like Annealing Solution Hardening,Precipitation hardening, Quenching, Aging are best choice.
