We have been told that if we do not make any kind of correction we increase the probability of having false positives (type I error). We had thought about using the Benjamini-Hochberg method to correct, but we have some doubts about how to do it: What p values ​​should be introduced in the formula? Those in the multivariate contrast table (Pillai Trace) or those in the inter-subject effect table (GreenHouse)? What false discovery rate did you use in that case? We have seen that most use 0.25, but it is not clear based on what this criterion is chosen.

Do you think it is necessary to carry out this type of correction to make 6 anovas? Do you know other correction alternatives more appropriate for our case?
