The fact of a research paper is evaluated by others

As a junior researcher, I need more mentoring and time to be successful. I think junior researchers should read more published articles and should be willing to do effort and planning.

Many of my students in higher education, even those in doctoral programs face difficulty develping productive mentor mentee relationships. We should try to extend collaborations to not only the expert researchers but to our junior colleagues and students as well.

Besides the financial problems, of course the leak of knowledge in the Arab populations so they need to be very encouraged to participate in a study...

1. The lack of a coherent and logical connection between universities, research institutes and industries, and generally manufacturing units,

2. The lack of a proper system in relation to the distribution of research credits,

3. Lack of research motivation among professors and at research centers,

4. Lack of adequate funding, lack of financial and administrative provisions, lack of attention of researchers and lack of clarity of research policies and priorities (even on the selection of important research subjects)

5. Lack of clear policy focused on research and lack of focus on their implementation.

6. Lack of suitable platform for the formation and growth of applied and developmental research.

7. Lack of coherent and applicable criteria in relation to supportive policies of researchers and specialists.

Considering the above issues to achieve the high goals, the following are necessary:

1. Focusing on research within the framework of research cores and, ultimately, setting up a research center for policy and guidance for fundamental, strategic, applied, and developmental research and decentralization in its implementation.

2. Study potential features of different regions of the country and ways to improve it through comprehensive studies.

3. Leading academic training to applied education and encouraging students to research, taking into account the needs of the country and the region through financial and incentive support.

4. Establish an organized link between the university, research centers and production and service units.

5. Establish an organized relationship between the university and the executive centers.

6. Efforts to solve the problems of production and executive units through conducting the necessary research.

7. Adopt measures and methodological approaches to support researcher professors, independent researchers, and research development centers, such as the creation of campus and grant scholarships.

8. Conducting scientific seminars and conferences aimed at targeting university professors and students and encouraging them to do similar activities.

9. Establish a comprehensive information center in the country and apply plans at the national level.

10. Establishing industrial and agricultural sample units according to regional priorities, environmental conditions and community needs.

11. Publishing scientific books and research activities with the support of various industrial and executive departments.

Lack of funds, lack of access to data, poor education of respondents, time constraints, and lack of appreciation and understanding of research output by the uneducated society at large.

The student does not have the right to choose his research and supervisor,

Research Career demands a creative energy ,intelligent pursuit ,knowledge , of our research planning & at the same time should not be satisfied for the completion of research as it remain the part of our creation we should be carefully look for further development of research & in this case it is very likely that for our research we may prove to be for the fulfilled for the needed development of the picture or according to the research performance it may useful to the society .

This is my personal opinion  

At present, the professor's involvement in the administrative tasks to be accomplished in a short time leads to the weakening of his relationship with his students and thus affect the confusion of the teaching process

Lack of cooperation, fund, and facilities.

Time

Lack of proper infrastructure, knowledgeable supervisor, hypocrisy and idiosyncrasy of lab coworkers, and above all a rotting and corrupt education system that throttles creative thinking and focuses only on run on the mill kind of predictable and useless research.

Unfortunately, most of the third world countries officials do not care about the scientific research as they care about the external manifestations of the educational institutions.
