The problem with your classification is that by identifying the right categories (expert, guide, supervisor, leader - the list can be easily continued) you assume that there are ideal realizations of these.

But in fact, any real teacher is a mixture of abstract entities.

For example, a leader without knowledge is even scary to imagine.
