BD FACSVerse fail to use plate loader?

Hello, I have a problem with FACSVERSE plate loader. I would like to run BD CBA flex assay using #MSBVN1210 96-well filter plates. I have checked that CBA assay can be run on FACSVERSE using #MSBVN1210. But unfortunately, our FACSVERSE fail to recognize the plate. May I ask for solution for this problem? Thank you very much.
