20 February 2020 0 6K Report

In February 2020, South Africa’s annual inflation rate was 4,5% in January, higher than that recorded in December (4,0%) and November (3,6%). Unemployment is at 30 % and about 60 % of that is the youth. Entrepreneurship and Jobs opportunities are there but it seems there is a gap between the market and the unemployed and economically inactive South Africans.

My question then becomes, how exposed are the physically disabled persons in the harsh realities of growing inflation and no prospects of a job, entrepreneurship and education opportunities. What are these barriers of entry and how can it be undone to ensure people with physical disabilities entre economic participation.

How do then formulate the research question and research methodology to follow.
