My proposed research topic is Sustainability of the Non-profit Organisation focusing on how financial and leadership strategy plays a role in sustaining a Non-profit organisation in South Africa.
My hypothesis is that sound leadership and hybrid financial model anchored by clearly defined accountability standards would make a Non-profit Organisation more sustainable even beyond donor led the funding.
