Ba2LaVO6 formed lump during calcination, but automatically turned powder after 1 day. Why?

The material was calcined at high temp., but when cooled down turns to powder naturally. Tried few times but failed.

Dear Rajib,

That can be due to any phase transition or to surface hidration of barium. After calcination, try to put your samples in very dry atmosphere to see if they stand for much longer times.
