I am desiring a system that is deciding on the basis of previous decisions, either from human decisions or system decisions.

Well thanks for blend of decision making in certain case scenario. I am more interested to know that this decision making is crucial to other stakeholders and can influence them. However, there are scenarios that systems itself can be patient and need to be repaired. OR. system knows patients in database whose problems are almost identical. In such scenarios machine can decide IF it is given a chance.
So I am trying to know the methods that can help system to decide on its own for further actions.
