Help me :(
After I click run > autodocking, the screen does not show any process, of course I have done all the previous steps. when I check the console I get a message that can't find or open the AD4.bound .bat
Have you added the AD4.bound.bat and AD4_parameters.dat files in the working directory???
If not, add these files that I have pinned (These files have parameters of almost all atoms).
Still if the error happens then
1. open the dock.dpf file in notepad
2. Add the first line as "Parameter_file AD4_parameters.dat"
3. Save and then initiate the process..
