After the hectic process of two times reviews finally, the status changed from Under review to Manuscript reviewed by the Editor...Is it a good sign or decision process awaiting
It is a regular process. It means the AE/EIC is now reviewing it to probably make the final decision. Or it may go through another round - up to them. Nothing to worry about.
It means that the editor is evaluating the reviewer report to make a decision on your manuscript. It also can occur if the same reviewer refused to review the revised manuscript. The status will chance once the reviewer invitation expires. A change in manuscript status can't be treated as good or bad omen until you receive the decision email from the handling editor.
