i am facing problem for insecticidal selection upon culex quinquefasciatus at larval and adult stage with using imidacloprid and indoxacarb. selacted adult are not taking blood from blood meal source which is a pigion. all other strains are getting blood from the same source. anyone have facing similar problem or have any solution?

Sorry for the delay ! You can use the fourth instar larvae. I our laboratory we have used some mosquito species as model and tested several insceticides classes like IGRs. These two selected compounds were tested on cockroaches. Plesae consulte my profile in researchdate you can find numerous publications dealing with insceticidal bioassays on mosquito species.
