At what time of pregnancy human soul enters and how much time it takes to occupy body ?

Abortion up to 12 weeks of gestation is termed as foeticide so human soul enter before 12 weeks or after that

This all depends on your own religious/personal beliefs. A fetus has a heart beat at about 6 weeks of gestation, and I personally believe that termination is a woman's right. The question of the human soul is an age old philosophical question. Good luck.
