You should be able to do this by first defining a new "load pattern" and a "function" and then linking those two properties to the "load case" you already defined in CSiBridge. Once these properties are defined, you can assign the required dynamic loads as the specific load pattern you defined. When you do this, what will happen is, all the loads assigned as the load pattern would change according to the defined function.

Give these steps a try:

Step 1: define a load pattern [Loads>load pattern] named as, for example, "dynamic" (with "0" self-weight multiplier and type "other")

Step 2: define the function you require for the harmonic load [Loads>functions>time history] with the function type "sine" (as you need a harmonic load) and name this function as, for example, "sine function"

Step 3: define a load case as time history with the following loads applied:

load name should be what you chose as the load pattern name ("dynamic" you chose in Step 1), and function should be the "sine function" you chose in Step 2, and other analysis details should be carefully selected to match with your specific requirement.

Step 4: Now assign the harmonic load as either a joint load or a distributed load but make sure to choose the "dynamic" load pattern
