Spray pyrolysis is a very simple interesting technique that is used in this work. As a matter of fact, this technique is not bulky and inexpensive. It has the advantage of producing oxide materials with good homogeneity of deposition on surfaces which may be large, having a rough appearnce and a considerable deposition rate. It also has the advantage of good doping rate control and does not require significant equipment compared to vacuum deposition methods. All this has allowed this method to demonstrate its ability to produce good quality deposits.
The spray coating is a mature technology that has been used in different industries such as car production for large area and high volume manufacture. The spray pyrolysis adopted to make semiconducting or conducting layers such as metal oxides for electronic devices, has a big advantage due to easy processing, low cost and high volume productions.
