Please, according to the articles they are plotted the intensity of Ag1 (670 cm-1) and F2g (190 cm-1), I ask the question why the two peaks (Ag1 and F2g) compared to the other peaks exist in the Raman spectrum for cobalt oxide (Co3O4) ?.

I want to know do the Ag1 and F2g peaks correspond to Co + 3 and Co + 2 respectively ?.

and can we confirm the hydrophobic or hydrophilic character of our layers according to these peaks?
