I have read many journals, when I wanted to do a SAR simulation on CST I didn't know the standard SAR input power, the value 0.5 or 1 W ?

what is the standard size of the SAR input power?

I heard there are those who argue that 1 W and other opinions are free and there is no standard user defined value.
