How to calculate SAR in HFSS tool and also tell me how to measure using formula ?

Hi everyone,

I am working on n78 and n256 bands of integrated 4-port MIMO antenna and I need to calculate SAR results using HFSS tool, so please let me known the how to calculate SAR ?
