Previously, I forward peer review credit email to [email protected] to obtain the review record in my profile in Publons. But now after Publons has been merged into clarivate, this method seems not working anymore. Any suggestions or ideas in this regard?
It seems you need to register on clarivate then add your review, it's terrible platform terrible design and interface for reviewers profiles, I had one paper I reviewed recently auto added then the other one never and I get error once I try to login. So sad and even not motivating researchers to review since their work is not recognized
The new platform looks so awkward. Lets wait for further developments.

The new platform looks strange. I sent yesterday an email to Clarivate regarding peer review records and today get their response as seen below.
IMPORTANT: The email address [email protected] will cease to operate after September 2022.
Please use [email protected] or [email protected] when sending review or editor record receipts in future.
Web of science (WOS) can now be used to track peer reviews with a system similar to Publons. You can forward your review receipt to the web of science service at [email protected], but you can also manually update review records on your WOS profile. I also do not like the new WOS platform. Alternatively, many publishers offer the option to directly share reviewer recognition with ORCID, which I prefer at this point.
