Hi Abdallah, if you post your full length papers on RG, they will show up on Google Scholar searches within weeks.
I think this is invaluable for researchers who want to publish their results but are afraid of journal copywrite rules.
RG is your "homepage" and if you post the text of your publications and not the journal formatted publication, you are safe. Take a look at my page. I have posted many publications that are copywrited, but RG is my homepage and I do not post the published versions.
