As entrepreneurial orientation has a good link with performance similarly I am trying to link social entrepreneurial orientation with Non profit performance. An organization with better social entrepreneurial practices will perform better. However, could not find a valid measurement scale with items to cite for a reference and measure it quantitatively. Can I adapt EO scale for SE??

Mahmoud Thanks for the link It somehow provided me the proof for my literature and second thing I got from it is that SE can be seen from Entrp Orientation.Wan Kalthom, I guess the article you shared is more about outcomes and impacts of SE.Like how a SE impacts can be created at large scale and how easily it can be distributed.Therefore, the research helps in what factors play a major role in SCALING the SE.
