The thing is that “Artificial Neural Networks and Structural Equation Modeling” is not a journal but a book https://link.springer.com/book/10.1007/978-981-19-6509-8?page=2#toc and unlike a journal books are not (always) indexed in Scopus and if indexed in Scopus or Web of Science it is indexed in a separate index like for example http://wokinfo.com/mbl/

Regardless of whether this book (and your chapter) will be indexed or not, I think you can be assured that a book published by Springer is a guarantee for good quality. Springer is having an excellent track record for good quality academic books.
