I'm looking for a journal article (last three years) for use with our graduate-level coaching students that discusses what is evidence-based coaching? Any suggestions?
Evidence-based coaching concerns the restructuring of coach training and coaching practice based on available and scientific evidence on adult learning and development. The goal of the evidence-based coaching evidence is to make coaching a true profession with a shared knowledge base, rather than an industry service.
Thank yo for your response Mahfuz. I agree with your definition of evidence based coaching. Our coaching program at Fielding Graduate University is grounded in evidence-based coaching. We are updating our reading list for our program and are looking for a recent article to give an introduction to what is evidence-based coaching. Might you have an article to suggest?
Hi Laura, I am currently working on evidence-based research toward peacebuilding through sports. Some sources I found helpful:

Hope you find them useful. If you come across other approaches, I would love you to share resources.
Thank you for your generosity Pat. I will review these resources. In my personal experience, the activity of sports serves as a builder of personal and team development. I will reach out to you if I come across additional resources that support your research on peace building through sports.
