Exists countries, outside of Austria where the meadow and crop grass Arrhenatherum elatius (D: Glatthafer, E: false oat-grass, tall oat-grass, tall meadow oat, onion couch and tuber oat-grass, F: fromental ou avoine élevée) is regulary sawn or cultivated for its good fodder value for husbandry or has an greater importance in agriculture? Thanks for answers!

Clearly in our similar neighbour contry Germany and Swiss Arrhenatherum elatius (Glatthafer, tall oat-grass) grows similar. I am wondering this good drought resistant fodder gras is not more deal with even in Austria and in agricultural extenion services in more countries.
