I have a question if you have 7 years old cild with all upper and lower primary molars are badly distracted with arrested caries all are black with good root and enough tooth structure>>>>
It is better to cover it with SSC ( stainless steel crown) with no pulp therapy
OR
do caries excavation and then decide if I need pulp therapy or not?
