We are trying to detect arginase 1 from activated macrophages by western blot. We are using peritoneal mice macrophages activated for 24h with IL-4. In that condition, we have high ARG 1 activity in cell lysates, but no protein detection on WB. We have tried a R&D and a Santa Cruz antibody with no result so far.

Is there a brand antibody that works best for ARG1? Any special hints?
