may I expect after sometime wall heat flux will be stable ? or because of boiling vapor fraction will be increased and water will be reduced then heat never go to stable?
Assuming a multi-phase model and continuous heating with an open tank, the volume of the liquid phase should decrease, analogically to boiling water with an open pot, after water evaporates below the level of the cylinder, the heat transfer coefficient will decrease drastically, because there will be air and water vapor around. The rate of change will largely depend on the ratio of the heat flux to the total heat capacity of the system.
