As you can see in the screenshot, the area of each unit something like 1.15*10^-6 and therefore there are too many cells to cover the whole area of around 25000 square of km. I think this too small value pops up because I use a high resolution DEM file whose cell size is 0.0083*0.0083 m.
Do you think this small values are the reason for problems emerging in delineation processes? If you think so, my second question is where I can find a dem file whose cell sizes are higher.

I think you cell resolution is not in square meter, but in square degrees! Many DEM are coming in geographic coordinates. If you want to work in meter, you have to re-project them, e.g. to UTM projection. 0.0083 degree times 6380 000 (the earth radius) gives approx. 50 m resolution, which makes sense.
