Currently, I am a member of two editorial boards. One of them is extremely rewarding, the other used to be fatiguing but I have recently manged to decline some requests. So overall, a pleasant experience. Last week I had meetings at an annual conference (APHA) with both boards and had fun socializing and networking with the members.

I am in editorial board member and a reviewer in many journals. This is the activity I like most. This does not fetch any money but it fetches reputation and make my life active and interesting.

Most of the academicians need to join such activities in the broader interest of research which can be culminated into some innovation
