I can send you the kit. We would need to do as many tests as possible.
Great! What we are looking for is comparison of our test with microbial carbon from fumigation assay and hopefully good results and a publication for you. I think we would need 50 fumigation assays to get a good correlation but after 10 tests you should have a good idea if there will be a correlation. I should warn you that our test does not work on samples that are dried out, so it would be necessary to run both assays roughly around the same time (week). We are interested in correlating with this test because much of the world is interested in carbon credits, i.e. farmers can get paid for increasing soil carbon. If this sounds like a project you are interested in could you share with me what you feel you would do. I would provide the kits. We could skype if you like. Best Judy
