Hello Dagmar

In france, a consortium was born last year and project to work on development of Data standards with multidisciplinary approaches for ecological questions. We are interrested in building tools for data management system concerning your thematics as

• graph databases: integrated storage of heterogeneous, linked data

• model comparison based on semantic annotations, bio-ontologies

• simulation studies

We are looking for european partners to work on all these aspects and prepare a common answer in H2020 context.
