Hello esteemed colleagues,

As the Editor-in-Chief of Lectio Socialis, an international journal of social sciences, I am reaching out to the scholarly community for a stimulating academic exchange. Our journal, based at Iğdır University in Turkey, is dedicated to providing a platform for diverse, policy-relevant research in social sciences and related disciplines.

We are currently preparing for our upcoming issue (Vol. 8 No 2) and are eager to include a wide range of perspectives. In this regard, I would like to pose a question that not only reflects the core of our next issue but also invites your valuable insights:

"In the rapidly evolving global landscape, what are the most pressing challenges and innovative research areas in social sciences that need greater exploration and discussion?"

We are particularly interested in topics related to political economy, state and society relations, ethnic conflicts, policy-making, multilevel governance, democratization, social structures, migration, sustainability, science and society, strategic planning, public policy analysis, and women's and gender studies.

Your responses will not only contribute to a rich academic discussion here but could also form the basis of a potential submission to Lectio Socialis. We are committed to fostering a truly international dialogue and would be honored to feature contributions from a diverse range of scholars.

I look forward to your insightful responses and the possibility of featuring your work in Lectio Socialis.

Best regards,

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emrah Konuralp
