Definitely, flowers contains in their fragrance a number of chemicals, which enters body through air. Many of these chemicals are readily absorbed by humans body, which will definitely cause some interaction with other chemicals, causing some good results.
On the basis of our observations, we feel happy when we are in contact with some flower fragrance, causing us a happy mood and mental relaxation. And if we are mentally relax and happy, it will help us to be fit physically.
however, the number of chemicals is very short as compared to chemicals in others flora. Moreover a detailed mechanistic studies are required to study the effect of each component on health, as without this, the flower therapy would remain an out dated therapy, i think so.
