Yes I' d be interested to see how the frames-based approach I've been taking (using Sowa's Conceptual Graphs) compares with Semantic Web approaches such as RDF(S) and OWL. In http://protege.stanford.edu/conference/2006/submissions/slides/7.2wang_protege2006.pdf see slide 22 that makes such a comparison. I also note that www.enterprise-architecture.org still prefers Protege Frames over OWL.

Yes I know Amine very well. I'm using CoGui (http://www.lirmm.fr/cogui/) these days. Some of the papers I've published with Mark von Rosing (see our joint papers such as the one Mark refers to above) illustrate its use for Enterprise Ontology and Semantics.
