I believe you have the VH and VL sequences, and the antibody as well. In case you have the Ab of the known sequence, you can determine the epitope using a pepscan approach, a phage display peptide library or a 'footprint' method followed by Mass spectrometry. I think you will be able to detect the epitope/antigen bound by your antibody. Some files are attached for you.
