Usually, the purchaser provides all these specifications thorugh its webpage. The only thing the customer has to do is introducing the lot number that can be found in the product's label or container. For your guidance, please find a link to the CaCl2 specifications of Sigma-Aldrich. Most of distributors have something similar.

You can run Ca using Atomic Absorption or Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectroscopy. You can run chloride quite nicely by ion chromatography. In all cases, make standard curves with std concs bracketing expected values.
