Are there potential adverse effects with a single icv injection of colchicine?

I'll be doing an icv injection of colchicine to facilitate neuropeptide visualization. I've been trying to find any literature describing any behavioral problems to watch out for during recovery, but everything I can find really only seems to describe using chronic cholchicine to deliberately induce cognitive deficits. Are there any issues we should watch out for in the day or two after injection? Or are the risks fairly negligible?
