BREXISM finally is over and they got a trade deal with europe now, but exism left the UK poorer according to the news

TRUMPISM set a war of tariffs with other countries making US citizens poorer, including the supporters of exism, as they have to pay more to continue consuming those goods...
But being poorer both is Brexconomics and Trumpconomics as a result of exism means being a winner as exism is the goal, no matter the cost, loyalty is to the exism is the rule, not to the country....
Which leads to the question, Are there only winners in the world of exism? What do you think?

I'm not sure that exitism or exism is about winners and losers if I understand your question correctly. Some (righty or wrongly) favoured Brexit because they want greater national sovereignty. In other words, material losses might be the price willingly paid for 'non-economic' benefits. Of course, other supporters Brexit argue that eventually the economic benefits will offset any economic costs, but this is a minority position among Uk economists.
Exism movements need political and legal loyalty to the movement not to the country or to the democracy within which they take place and economic thinking work in reverse, that is why a country loss/consumer loss is an exism win... I got the feeling that those UK economists mean any loss by the supporters of exism from exism policy will be offset through time, but those economists are not thinking in terms of the over all lost to country/democracy

Dear colleague, dear Lucio,
it seems to me that you point indeed to something broader than "exism", i.e. the price people if they were rational would be conscious of paying in exchange for a reassuring dream (to some extent the same happens with lotteries). The organisers of such collective dreams can be cynical actors, truly believe in them or a mix of both. What is sure is that humans are always prone to the quick-fix, simpler, beautiful, surely more attractive than complexity and doubt.
The building of these para-realities often requires an enemy of some sort - Europe for brexiters, but it can be foreigners or whoever is suitable to divide the world into "us" and "them" - and a good cocktail of truths, half-truths and false statements repeated until they become true.
I agree with you that the outcome does not matter.

Dear Andrea, thanks for your comment. That is exactly the way to look at exism movements and extreme democratic outcomes, From their point of view, they are rational, from the normal liberal democracy point of view, they are irrational.... That is why normal liberal democracy based politicians have had a hard time understanding exism movements since 2016, even today for example in the USEXIT, they consider the movement consequencial instead of seeing it as what it is "an anti-democratic/anticonstitution movement as loayalty in the exism movements is to party/individual/movement, not to country/ democracy/ constitution.
