You can try Nooj. I do not work on Arabic, but I am aware of Nooj tool being extended to Arabic. Try to download Nooj and see if it can be useful for you. I am sorry I cannot search remember the site address now, but you can easily get the link to the homepage through a popular search engine such as google search.
