In the literature I see most researchers developing their own but I am looking for a survey that has been validated by prior use, if one exists.
My goal is to identify how satisfied employers are with the skills and knowledge of new university graduates that they interview / hire.

@Dennis Thank you for the papers. A few comments about them.
Analyzing student and employer satisfaction with cooperative: This paper does not include a survey, they focus on analyzing existing datasets and do not mention any surveys which were used to collect the data originally.
Employer satisfaction survey - University of North Dakota: This is a survey (standalone) which can give me some good ideas. I am still hoping for a validated, well accepted survey.
Employer Satisfaction Survey 2010 - Institutional Research: This has very detailed data but the survey was not included. However, the data was detailed enough that I believe I can re-create their survey.
NIH Article from Butler: The survey was not included and will be more difficult to re-create. Too bad since the author had help from the department head in the design of the survey.
COTC Survey: Good level of detail. It would have been nice to know why each of the questions was chosen (or the original source of the survey)
Employer Satisfaction with Job Skills of Business College Graduates: They included the survey, which is great. The survey was reviewed by chair of the department and others. The did create the survey so it has not been time-tested but it shares many similarities with the COTC survey.
I think with this level of detail, I can compose a good survey.
