I wanna begin writing my own thesis. I would be very grateful to your tips for your help to complete this task. by providing me with the most common mistakes which have to be avoided and the tips for improving the quality of the thesis.
Essentially, your thesis will be the writing-up of the project underpinning it; therefore, for success, you need to be your own project manager, and run a tight project.
Also, to stay-the-course, you need to be interested in your topic to the extent that this interest is maintained right to delivery of the finished product (your thesis).
One of the most common mistakes is to believe that most of the writing only happens after data collection. Keep on writing throughout your whole study - from the start to the end. Not only does this practice help reduce the panic you have when faced with your final submission deadline, it will also keep you updated on the latest literature and how best to frame your thesis discussion.
Write early, write often, and seek feedback from your supervisors and colleagues alike. Getting used to constructive feedback helps you improve the quality of your thesis.

for the literature review, you can use annotated bibliography to understand and summarized the previous studies which is relevant to your research area. basically, you can use mendearly software to so is easily.
On the other hand, you could create an own table to analyze each journal articles that you used for annotated bibliogra[phy and it will elaborate big picture of your literature review.

tips (in short) I can give you from experience.
1. Start Early.
2. Use Dragon Naturally Speaking (faster than typing)
3. Chose a topic you enjoy to overcome writer's block.
4. Follow clear structure (Blaikie 2009 for example)
5. Format then write. Formatting later will only cost you time.
6. Leave time for thorough editing.
