I am interested to see what you find in the research. In popular literature and work, FranklinCovey (Stephen M.R. Covey) has done a lot of work on trust, and has found that organizational trust is the foundation for market trust. I would wonder about the connection between 'brand' and 'trust'. Covey might argue that they are one and the same.
