- I completely agree with you, in my organisation (www.dasharts.org -a Disabled led visual arts organisation) we do not have volunteers, except for our board of trustees, which by law we cannot pay. We pay Disabled artists rates set by national arts standards and we are an accredited Living Wage Employer.
