I'm looking for some tools to identify alteration of lipid metabolism in vitro using thin layer chromatography.

In reference paper, Jovicic et al., bioRxiv. 2021_LDs are required for lipid mediator production and cancer cell proliferation,

They used 'radio labelled [14c]-Oleic acid' to identify lipid alteration.

but it is really hard to access to use radio labelled stuffs.

I'd really appreciate to all if anyone tell me the alternative solutions.
