Are there any significant differences between SCID mice plasma and CD1 mice plasma, that can significantly alter small molecule's PK?

My question stems from significant differences in bio-analytical data of a small molecule, when samples were diluted using SCID plasma (high values) v/s CD1 plasma (very low values).
